 Owner, Judy Spurgeon, CDT, PCT,  is licensed by the State of Kansas Board of Cosmetology as a Permanent Color Technician and has been a licensed cosmetologist for the past thirty years. Judy is considered a pioneer in the permanent makeup industry, in the Midwest, having obtained her first certification and beginning her practice in 1994. 

After many years of various procedures, Judy continues to be actively involved in statewide and nationally recognized permanent makeup (PMU) activities and organizations. The list of photos contained within this web site reflect a portion of the body of work that Judy has performed.
