Over
the
years,
various
states
have
regulated
the
permanent
cosmetic
makeup
and
tattooing
industries.
These
efforts
have
resulted
in
the
highest
standards
in
education
for
the
permanent
color
technician
and
uncompromising
standards
for
the
practice
in
permanent
cosmetics.
This
results
in
the
highest
level
of
health
and
safety
for
both
the
client
and
the
technician.
